Intellectual Consultancy is a specialist advisory firm working with advisory firms, lenders, investors and stakeholders in complex situations.
We are deliberately small and senior. Clients work directly with experienced people, supported by a network of trusted specialists across valuation, restructuring, law, finance, technology and transactions.

03Founder
Nat Baldwin
Nat is a former solicitor who has spent twenty years in professional services, most of it in restructuring.
As a Managing Director, he led intellectual property valuation and disposition on some of the most high-profile UK insolvencies, including Thomas Cook, Monarch Airlines, TM Lewin and Poundworld, as well as international mandates. He worked alongside administrators, boards and lenders: all of the major UK high street banks, international banks, specialist and boutique lenders, and finance brokers. His experience spans nearly every industry and every type of IP.
For the past five years he has worked with firms to build specialist IP practices, from proposition and pricing to recruitment, process, mentoring and business development. He is also an ICF-credentialed executive coach and TEDx speaker, which shapes how he helps teams grow.
Nat holds an LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice from the University of Edinburgh.
